Join us on our transfer voyage from Wilhelmshaven to Kiel through the Kiel Canal!

The main focus of this trip is the transfer of the ship, but we will take every opportunity to set sail whenever the wind allows.The Kiel Canal (also known as the Nord-Ostsee-Kanal) is a major man-made waterway that connects the North Sea with the Baltic Sea. Stretching approximately 98 kilometers, the canal crosses the narrowest part of Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany. Its primary function is to ease maritime traffic by offering a shortcut between the North and Baltic Seas—eliminating the need to sail around the Scandinavian Peninsula.The exact route may change depending on weather and other conditions, adding a sense of adventure to the journey. A stop at Heligoland is also weather-dependent. If conditions are favorable, we plan to include it in our route so you can explore this fascinating island.

On arrival day in Wilhelmshaven, there will be a maritime event we’ll take part in. You’ll have the opportunity to visit numerous historic ships and gain a unique insight into maritime history. That’s why we’ve set the meeting time for 4:00 PM—to give you a chance to enjoy the event before our voyage begins.
